Wales Bonner offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that archival pieces and limited-edition collaborations may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL return label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary pickup; you will receive a notification once your refund is processed.
